My pup is 12.5 pounds, neck 10.5 inches, chest 16 inches, belly 14 inches and back 13.5 inches. I am a size medium in blue and the jumper fits snugly in his harness and is about 5cm from his back but I think he is longer than most puppies his size. There is no hole for a leash, but that doesn't bother me that much because I can just pull the sweater down and get to the harness. The sweater itself is thick and warm and I get compliments all the time. My pup seems to like it too and is always easy for me to put on.
