Review on eProduct by Eddie Shields

Very easy to use (once you figure it out! hahaha). The interface does take some getting used to but once there's no doubt about how something should be set up the system becomes much more useful. You can also create templates of many different workflows which makes things easier going forward. I can't think of anything I disliked as a whole, although some bits are clunky here and there - the fact that you have to use the app at least partly to use it properly could be better though. I am still learning how best to use it for my purposes so I'm sure improvements are being made almost daily. We've been able to automate repetitive tasks within our marketing team which has saved us tons of time and allowed our focus to transition away from manual processes and onto strategizing how we're going to drive results. I like that eProduct allows me to create my own custom dashboards and reports. I can customize my dashboards to show what I want. I can also create my own custom reports. It is very customizable.
