What I love most about this watch is that it fits my small (6 inch) wrist. It's easy on and off, articulated bracelet and it's beautiful. I am also annoyed by the packaging they arrived in. In my photo you can see everything that was included with the watch. A small piece of white fabric was wrapped around the clock and placed in a small black and white paper bag. . The only document provided was instructions on how to remove the plastic protection from the crown and start the dial. Was then placed in a small bubble envelope which was quite crumpled on arrival. Surprisingly the clock works and does not scratch! After speaking to a Revain customer service rep about the odd packaging, lack of paperwork (warranty etc.) that it gave to the seller, I had several disputes. Emails from "Q Timepieces" stating that the watch does NOT come with a watch case OR watch warranty. That they only guarantee "one year on the battery" and ship it to me if I want. And would refund the cost of the watch if I send it back. My goal in writing this rather lengthy review is that anyone who buys this watch will not be surprised by the EXTRAORDINARY way it is received. (If ordering as a gift, please note that it does not come in the watch case and there is no guarantee on the watch itself.) I plan to keep the watch because I need the watch, I like the style and the fallen size. and it was cheap so if it lasts a year I will justify my money! Perhaps this review will inspire the retailer to improve the packaging!
