It fits my 2 year old granddaughter perfectly, she is below average for her size although I think a medium or above average size would be too tight.

- Very good that it is a sweater, I was surprised by the warmth
- It's very poor material and fits snug/tight but the sequins on the wings pop out that's all. Shipped on time.
