Update: I would like to add that the original box also came with wig caps. Although I was not completely satisfied with this device. I will still buy from this seller again. I think maybe I just had bad luck at the party. Customer service contacted me to resolve the issue. I could iron my hair (necessary for work). It is soft and silky human hair. Original review: What a disappointment. My wig didn't look like the picture at all. It's thin and appears to be poorly stitched, with stripes slightly visible around the edges. It seems shorter than I expected for 18 inches. It was also a different color than pictured. The only positive is that it is very soft. Also sent eyelashes.
