I am very upset, the product is no good.

Chose specifically for the manufacturer of the laptop. I thought everything would be easy and simple. However, something is wrong . I add: it turns out that the headphones were discharged, and therefore did not see their adapter. Connected. after 3 weeks: not a damn thing sees JBL bluetooth headphones. What I just didn’t do . And charged them . and rebooted the laptop . and disconnected and reconnected the adapter . No way! Maybe someone knows what the problem is?

Pros

After installing the software on the laptop, the smartphone was quickly found. But JBL bluetooth headphones cannot be found either.

Cons

Small range. He moved away from the laptop in the headphones for 5 meters . the connection is lost.
