Note to prospective buyers --- ENSURE THE SMALL PLASTIC FITTINGS ARE CONNECTED and do not disconnect before calling a plumber or turning off the water and getting into trouble. My faucet plumbing was faulty and broken, and my old water lines had frozen to the point where they couldn't be turned off; I was stranded with a plumber on watch, my water was being measured and I had to grab a less than desirable faucet from a hardware store. I like the theoretical functionality, design and look of this product. I had to pay the plumber an extra hour DUE TO THE CHEAP QUALITY OF THE PLUGS (they were kind enough to negotiate payment for just half an hour). It looks great on the vanity and if its cheap fittings were made a little better I would buy extra ones to use in other toilets. As soon as the plumber turned the water back on, the plastic port opening had blown away and it wouldn't click anymore. The plumber tried clicking the side and even tried inserting another hose into the broken side. Once the connections were dropped, they were not reconnected, not even on the original port they were connected to. The product was good in everything except for the cheap connection ports. I have a conflict, I want to buy another device and see if I'm unlucky and received a faulty device. However, I don't want to deal with the pain of a possible recurrence of this problem. It looks amazing and I love everything about it except for the cheap plastic connectors I got.
