The most important is that we are able to manage our entire infrastructure using one platform! You get everything as ONE solution from provisioning of resources through monitoring them all with minimal effort (almost zero!). I dislike nothing yet there isn't much else you could ask for! We have been running MTM since 2010 so not many changes or improvements needed here. This allows us to save time and focus more on other things like revenue generation instead solving day by day issues related to IT Infrastructure management. The product is very user friendly which makes it easy for our users to use. Their customer support team are also great at solving any problems or queries that we might have with their software. Nothing as such but I would like to see more features added into this platform. It's good to go live without much hassle once you've set up everything correctly. We're able to manage all of our email accounts from one place now.
