The seller receives a bad review for false advertising and is sending me a product that looks like it has sat unused for years and may have been refurbished because it was not in the original packaging. I bought it because I needed the headset, but didn't feel like I would use it enough to pay full price at the store. I wish I had paid, or at least closer. First, the picture clearly shows a black headset, but the one I received is an older white one. I felt like I couldn't complain as long as it works because I got it so cheap I was wrong. The headset is having trouble connecting to my relatively new controller, causing constant hissing due to a poor connection. While this is nothing more than an inconvenience (and an annoyance to those I play with), I don't think I would have experienced it at all if the product I received was as advertised. I didn't have this issue with my previous headset which was black and came with my previous Elite system. In the end it works, albeit quite poorly at times. Next time I'll either pay full price or get a more expensive/third party headset. You get what you pay for.
