Bought, headphones work but the phone does not. Tried APPLE headphones and a set of headphones. Both play music but when a call comes in there is no phone at all. The call comes back to the phone. Sent back to Revain for a replacement. If the replacement works I will update this review. If the replacement fails I will also update this review and go to my local Apple Store. UPDATE: Received replacement and failed. Worked with Apple tech support, the phone is fine. Went to Best Buy for Apple diagnostics, phone is fine. Tested by "APPLE" Lightning to Headphone Jack, WORKS! The problem is definitely with this product. This statement in the product description does not apply to SE2020 Gen 2.
