This is one of those ones that you can wear the same day you receive this product - no need to wait for the lab to send you the final product! This amount of spatula is enough for two night watchmen. The putty hardens within 2 minutes, so you need to act quickly. I recommend reading all the instructions first before doing this so you don't strain yourself trying to read the instructions while the putty is curing. The fit was a bit uncomfortable but it still helped with my TMJ and migraines. I recommend using this night vigil for 4 weeks of healing.
