I'm tired of guessing. Tired of tiny chunks of steak or chicken because I had to constantly cut them up on the grill to make sure they were cooked properly. This thermometer gives accurate temperature readings so I get perfectly cooked meat every time. It was easy to use, right out of the box. So intuitive that I didn't read the instructions. I look forward to using this in all my future meal preps.
