I took this product out of the packaging and immediately took it to the bathroom. I soaked my feet in hot water and went to town with this kit and it's amazing. Yes, the set is basic, but it has everything. Make sure you figure out what you have and how to use all of these accessories before using them on yourself or anyone else. Overall a great kit, I've removed ingrown toenails, scraped dead skin, gotten rid of stubborn calluses, etc. My feet feel better and I no longer had to pay $40 to the salon or $100+ to the doctor or visit the foot guru. Good alternative for small problems. See a doctor if you have anything serious, but that's good for people like me who have to take care of their feet at work and it's important to take care of your feet like a diabetic. Very satisfied, nicely packaged set, I recommend.
