Great for tracking conversions and website traffic
I like that it is very easy to use in our daily workflow! Our team uses this software all day long so we can easily see any issues or problems as soon as they are reported by the team members. We also love how easy it is to create filters, which speeds up data entry! Nothing really at this point. It's working great but there isn't anything specific that I dislike yet. Pros
- The layout looks clean/elegant
- Ease for non techie colleagues using Excel without needing much training
- Filters allow an overview about when errors occur most frequently; useful especially because many locations share resources.
- Easy sharing with other departments etc.; erection reporting available (see below)
Cons
- No access control functionality
- Reporting features seem unrefined compared against comparable systems
