The software has been easy to use and learn. The training sessions were very helpful. I have not found anything that I dislike about this product. We are able to see all of our equipment in real time and it allows us to monitor our employees as well. It also makes scheduling easier and more accurate. This is a great tool for any mine or even just a large facility. The user interface could be improved. We are solving several problems with this software. We are able to track our vehicles and drivers in real time. We can now schedule efficiently.
