Not strong. But there is a twist.
I'll start with the good, my hair is curly, thick and elastic. However, curlers fall off VERY easily and become a problem when you style your hair before bed. I had to buy stronger rollers at a cosmetics store. In my opinion if you use this set once or twice you will be fine. For a long term and hassle free reel set please look ahead and buy the best brand like Goody, Annie or Diane.
