I like Pacsafe - but this one wasn't new, it was a return item repackaged - thats why the 3 stars
Pacsafe is wonderful. Their products are great and i have several Pacsafe bags and backpacks. i ordered a new Venturesafe G3 25L. The one i received was clearly not new. It looked like a return item that they decided to just repack and ship to me. The strap that detaches was all twisted and the zippers were all open. I had to send it back the day after i got it. I received a fast refund but still would have preferred a brand new unopened backpack.
