I like that it's very discreet, doesn't bounce around and is very easy to open and drink from. The only thing I don't like is that it's only 8oz, I would have liked a 12oz size. And maybe I just had to buy another product for a larger size. I mainly use it for running, but recently I took it on a trip and used it separately from the strap, mainly in my purse, at airports, etc. and also when walking around the city, which came in very handy. A couple of my running friends asked what it was and where I got it from as they would like it too.
