Not "updated " building block; Unusable
Apparently someone bought the phone, registered it and returned it. It wasn't unlocked when I got it, tried a hard reset, but google won't allow a new user without the previous owner's credentials as an anti-theft device. Motorola stated it was unusable and advised sending it back to the seller (Revain-updated). My refund does not include taxes. Do it better Revane. Go to space, can't fix your phone?
