I bought NutriChef non-stick cookware because of its reputation and all the advertising. I started this review with 5 stars and gave my final rating with 2 stars. I originally reviewed it a month after purchase, but I've learned in the past not to jump to conclusions. For every star loss, it was a product issue. When my NutriChef non-stick cookware arrived, I noticed that the smaller 2.1L pot with lid had a few minor scratches on the coating on the inside. I didn't think anything of it at the time, but it goes without saying. It showed in his performance as my strengths continued to stick to the ground. When using small pots and pans I can feel the heat coming from the handle. I didn't notice that with large pots and pans. I save the best for last. I had to throw this pan away as soon as I got it. I had so many problems with the small 8 inch pan. You might think that with a high-tech non-stick coating you could easily boil eggs. Well I was wrong. My wife and I always used the supplies provided. with all NutriChef non-stick cookware. We have always hand washed products using a microfiber washcloth. To be honest we actually read and followed the instructions provided and still had issues. I've attached a picture of how difficult it is to wash the pot after this high-tech coating wears off. I left this Dawn dish soap on for 2 hours and ended up being so dissatisfied with what I bought. I sat down to write this review. I like the color and design of the pans.
