Initial review with 4 stars - looks very good. I'll just put it on my horse and adjust the rating when he wears it. The main thing I do NOT like (and the loss of a star) has already been mentioned by others: The elastic waistband on the stomach is not adjustable. It's *tight* and I'll be monitoring the friction over the next few days. I think the detachable leg straps could probably be lengthened enough to serve as crisscross waist straps if they cause chafing. Updated: Downgraded to 2 stars for two reasons - The issue with the waist straps is really serious. There were some abrasions caused by clicks. I ended up having to take it off completely and try criss-crossing the leg straps, but as you can imagine it wasn't perfect. The entire sheet moves to one side and the straps really aren't strong enough to withstand rolling etc. Second, the neck cover must be detachable. It folds around your neck and is practically useless. Otherwise the quality is good - it didn't have any holes or anything like that and the stitching was well done. I ended up going back to my horse's old Rambo blanket that she was wearing. for the last 2 years.
