Prior to purchasing this device, I only ever used Logitech mice and Defender Kits. And it was always pretty basic: I inserted a USB module, the drivers were installed, and everything worked; to configure extra keys, use the utility's settings menu. In one instance, I have a laptop and two hours. I insert a module into several ports, the drivers install in about a minute, and then I receive a notification stating that the device is installed and has been classified as an input device. The only item that isn't working is the keyboard and mouse. There's a surprise here. The phone in 2022 does not work; a bot that responds in English does not translate to live technical assistance; instead, they provide me a link to the manufacturer of Logitech. I had to send the thing back. However, even though I enjoyed the kit, I chose to solve the issue. It took 4.5 hours as a result. Read reviews and 10–12 forums. I followed all the instructions for the various Logitech items. Obtaining drivers from the Logitech website, uninstalling all keyboard and mouse drivers. PC restart. The driver is being installed, and a message indicating that the input device was connected successfully is displayed, but neither the keyboard nor the mouse function. I examined the paperwork, the writing on the container, and the QR code, but I discovered nothing of value. I examine the keyboard markings on the space bar and the mouse's back. I pressed, switched on, switched off, then used a multimeter to check the battery charge. As a result, I discovered that the installation of device drivers restarts when you press and hold the spacebar and maus 1 for 15 seconds. As a result, everything functions flawlessly on the third try, including the keyboard and cursor. These tambourine dances are here, but I liked the set. The mouse is a little plain but feels comfortable in the hand, and it works great. The only issue is that they no longer provide kits with dpi buttons; up until that point, I solely purchased such kits. This was such an experience, and the sediment was still there.
