Item came quickly from the outside. I increased the size and could use a pinch more. The material is VERY scratchy. If you have a bubble butt, waist material in the back pleats. There are no concessions in the material that I expected. The color and style are cute. Great for a very sexy costume. Without leggings and tights it is prickly to wear for a long time.
