This shampoo and conditioner set is of great quality and I have seen results quickly. It leaves hair clean without drying it out and gives a nice voluminous effect that gives life to my hair. It doesn't necessarily lighten my hair, but when paired with quality leave-in products, my hair looks amazing. I was impressed with their packaging. Each bottle is sealed, corked, wrapped in bubble wrap, and then both bottles are placed in a tightly tied bag. Mine arrived with no leaks or damage. The bottles themselves are made of fairly thick plastic that won't tear, but can be squeezed if necessary. The only thing I don't like about this set is the pumps. The kit comes with a pump for each bottle, but I would suggest just throwing them away. They are fragile, cheap and really struggle to get the product out of the bottle. I ended up just going back to the caps they came in and pouring in the product. Overall I would recommend this product especially for those looking for thickness or volume. They may be geared more towards fine hair, but I have thick hair and still love the added volume.
