This works very well, old fashioned way of relaxing the muscles. You need to find the right person though, for this to be effective you need to apply the right pressure. I was able to get rid of mild back pain after using this about 3-4 times. I haven't used it with the suggested oils so can't comment on that. The only thing I wish it could be a few inches longer to cover most of it at once.
