I started out with 2 packs, 1 extra large and 1 2x large not being sure what size would be best. I am 5'8" 190 lbs 38 waist and 67 years old. Both fit me well and are extremely comfortable. I don't feel them but they hold me in place. I ordered another pack of all black and inadvertently ordered a size large. This size also feels good, a little firmer but the stretch of the material allows them to fit me OK and they don't feel too tight. Honestly, if I don't pay attention to which size I'm wearing I really don't feel much difference. I am getting rid of all my other underwear in my dresser now! These are my choice from now on.
