I would say true to size. I'm 135 lbs 5ft 8in, athletic build and medium height. It is fitted but does not conform to the skin. If I wanted it looser I would have gone for a large one, but this size is just right for me. If you have a belly or curves, you don't want it to stick with size. I usually wear medium sized tops, but sometimes small ones. The color is great! The color of the lagoon is like a blue robin egg it's so pretty and looks great on me. Today I'm putting it on the beach for the first time, so I can't talk about sunscreen just yet.
