To be honest, I was disappointed in the camera. The main drawback for me is the picture that it gives out. I had a Sony a65, even with a translucent mirror it gave out a cleaner picture, not only was the noisy matrix, but the detailing was not up to par. The roofing felts are confirmed by the rumors about the non-resolution of 24MP on the crop (on the FF it is 48MP) or maybe the AA filter is thick here, but even with the d3100 I saw a difference in the quality of the pictures in favor of the latter. At worst, of course, my hands are not the most straight. There are fixes 35 and 50 at disposal, but the result is still tragic. The viewfinder is small after Sonya, although it is optical. The grip is also small for my hand (but this is of course a feature of all cameras in this class). Autofocus catches quite quickly and accurately in general, I'm not complaining here. I really want to try K-5IIs, but it is holding back the Nikon optics park, in the d7100 again 24MP (the low-pass filter was definitely pulled out there for a reason).
