First try: I had a little problem with one of the lamps not filling with hot air and catching fire on the side. Although I believe this is 100% human error. I noticed that it was too windy which also made it difficult to fill the lantern with hot air and keep the lighter burning long enough to light the block of wax. Second attempt: The next day a nice day with little cloud and hardly any wind. This time the lantern didn't flap in the wind, my lighter didn't go out and everything went exactly as expected. I gave it 1-2 minutes to fill with hot air and I really felt the lantern trying to get away from me. In a nutshell, the lanterns came in a nice box, they came fully assembled and I really had no problems once I figured it out. Will definitely be buying again for other events, they are lovely!
