Simple packaging. The kit only includes a phone mount, a short USB-C cable, and instructions. The appearance of the phone holder is a bit strange live. All areas are bright orange. I personally prefer a slimmer phone holder that blends into my car's interior. The phone holder has good design and durable plastic. It feels very solid in my hands and all ports are adjustable. I also like the two support legs on the back of the holder. They hold the holder in place when it is attached to the vent. Some cheap models will rock up and down without them. The density of the air outlet holder can also be adjusted, making it suitable for any thickness of air outlet. For a phone holder it is of very good quality and well designed. For me the problem is with the automatic clamping. It just doesn't work on all phones and cases. I'm not talking about wireless charging. Charging works well, but auto-clamping doesn't really work. It only holds my phone for a few seconds and releases the holding pressure. My phone just falls out of the holder after a while when the car is moving. I tried the manual button on the back and it only worked half the time and sometimes nothing happens when I press the button. I tried this for hours with different phones and different phone cases. The automatic clamp just doesn't hold tight enough after a few seconds.
