These harnesses are a little unusual in that they are not as quick to adjust as many nylon harnesses, but thanks to the tether strap are snug and generally easily adjustable with 100% flexibility for almost any fit. Mine has some sagging, but you can fix it yourself, and even if you don't, just keep pulling the thing. It works. Period.
