Both gears ordered failed right after installation. Inspection revealed that the inner metal part was not properly attached to the outer plastic component. Because of this, the outer part (driven by the motor) rotates around the metal part and does not transmit torque. The attached picture shows the worm gear after installation in the mixer. The markings on the outer and inner parts have shifted after the first use. This proves that the outer part rotates against the inner part. You have to buy a similar part from another supplier.
