Well... could be better...
First of all it's too loud for me. Second, there are two switches in one package, one with a shiny stick and the other with a smooth one. See photo (left smooth, right shiny). Also the quality is mediocre, the picture shows small scratches on the end of the gear knob. Not bad overall, but it looks like someone has already used it))) I definitely won't buy it again ... well, it works and blah blah blah, but in terms of quality and convenience, it should be much cheaper be .
