Okay, this thing is perfectly legal. I'm learning an awful lot and love using what works. I eat a lot of sweet potatoes and had one of the OXO plastic crushers. It worked well and was a hassle to clean with potatoes stuck between the plastic forks. I just tested this with purple yams and it worked like a champ. The best puree I've ever had and it worked quickly. The potato just fell off the stainless steel. A quick rinse is enough to clean it. If you are looking for a great tummy then this is it. It is exactly the same as Zyliss ranked #1 by Americas Test Kitchen. I like the black color better than the red rubber Zyliss grip. Buy this. You will love it.
