No complaints. Slim and cooler design than Microsoft pen. Accurate, responsive and great quality feel. Have used it for over 10 hours and still no problem charging. Plus a 15 minute charge (from your Surface) can give you several hours of use. So it's hard to imagine that charging will prevent you from using it. If you're looking for a surface pen don't go straight to the MS brand, start here, I doubt you need to go further.
