We got this for our air b&b rentals.We wanted a way for people to be able to drop off keys to key tags, if we were not there, and this looked like a good option.It arrives ready to mount to a wall or hard surface.It took about 30 mins to bolt it to the wall properly.It comes with directions that are clear and easy to understand.It seems to be made well.It feels very durable.The lock is sturdy.There are no sharp edges.To test it out we mounted in on the outside wall.Next we dropped keys and key fobs in the upper opening.We easily retrieved them after unlocking the base.Everything worked as we hoped.We would buy this again.
