Great for layering.
I run at 5am where it can be 10 degrees or 30 degrees. Every morning I check the temperature to see how many coats I need. I always run in a tight compression shirt. 30+ degrees and all I need is a fleece lined running shirt. Up to 30 I need a light or thick coat over fleece depending on the cold.
