Wallet was 5 stars initially. It's so soft and has just the right amount of organization options, if not more than I need. I bought a separate patterned strap to go with it and it looks great. After about a month I started losing little things here and there. I thought the baby got in my pocket. The other day I couldn't find my car key anywhere, but I knew it was in my purse because my car started. After everything has been put together, the key fob is still missing. Then I felt it, but UNDER the lining? After 30 minutes of searching I finally found a tear in the seam of one of the pockets where things fell through and got lost. The 30 day replacement window has expired and I can't find contact information, but their return policy says I have to pay postage for a return/replacement?!?! I finally found a contact email and when I sent the email I got an error saying the email doesn't exist. Big disappointment. Update: Still no customer service and now the zips won't close, they just get lost and won't close. So the search for a new wallet continues.
