. My daughter spent her money to buy this watch and was excited for the delivery! She even dressed up for today's arrival, wearing a shirt to match the purple bow! It arrived with a scratched face and a dirty watch strap, apparently used and returned after use/damage. We were both disappointed. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. She has a small wrist and the bracelet was too big. This would probably be a good watch in mint condition for someone with a large wrist.
