The ease of use - being able to easily pull in external data sources that are not part of our Salesforce instance was extremely helpful! It is easy for new users as well experienced ones alike. We were using some tools prior to this but some were very clunky and complicated so we did have problems getting things working smoothly between multiple people within an organization. This has been resolved through their integration into Salesforce which helps us get more done at work during those peak times of sales calls and meetings etc. I like that it is easy to use, and the support team is great! The price point is very reasonable as well. We are able to pull in data from multiple sources into one place. It was difficult to see all of our data in one spot. We were also unable to export our data to other applications. This would be helpful for us to be able to share data between different platforms. We can now easily access our data and have it available quickly in one central location.
