As a retired professional chef and current food educator, I review many products. When I buy additional items for home or school, I break them up into manageable portions and vacuum seal them for freezing or vacuum cooking later. This material is perfect for my needs. I like that it has a lot of stuff (I don't mind cutting it to fit the feeder in the FoodSaver) and that it seals well. As mentioned, I use this not only for storage but also for cooking. Sous vide requires sealing and this product works well. Highly recommended by me!
