I started this because I want to eliminate plastic from my life as much as possible. Works great on my combination skin. Doesn't cause acne. In fact, I've only had a few blemishes since I started using it a few years ago. I don't like scented products, especially those with essential oils. Essential oils cause me insomnia and anxiety - weird but true. Although the soap is unscented, it smells clean and fresh. I've recently started using it to wash hair and dogs with great results. I don't even need the ACV conditioner or any of the conditioners I've needed with other shampoos. It makes my hair manageable, full, soft and shiny. Then I'll try it on dishes and linens. I dislike Bronner liquid soap almost as much as I dislike this gentle bar. Plus, it has the added benefit of less plastic waste. It's almost perfect.
