Review on Toshiba DVR620 Recorder Certified Refurbished by Mario Hernandez

If I could find a no star rating for this product I would. I ordered the product for a project (converting VHS tapes to DVD). Obviously this is a big project that will take time. When I started the project, I turned on the machine and couldn't get the remote to work. I thought, "Damn, the remote doesn't work." So I ordered a replacement remote. When I got a replacement remote and tried to sync it to my device, I found that it didn't work either. It turned out that the device itself does not connect and I cannot control it without a remote control. So disappointing. Called Amazon, no help. I can't contact the seller (left several messages) and even contacted Toshiba. Nobody can help. I'm at a loss and this was a waste of my money.
