I hope this helps stop everyone from dumping their crap.

I bought this aluminum sign to deter those in my department who think it's okay to dump all the brushes and large items behind my house. Our city's gutter runs right behind my house. We, who live on this street, are allowed to put our brushes there. Others should put theirs behind their house. So back to the shield. I hope this helps stop everyone from dumping their crap.
