Good and bad. The best. Disable the hold feature when you don't need it. A question of security.

I needed a collar with a handle. My dog is almost 4 years old and still acting like a 100 lb pull pup. Doberman Mix. I was injured once. Poorly. And walk went to my husband. He recently passed away. The dog was so bad at walks that I took him to the park alone at 2-3am to let him walk for our safety. I have a paralytic injury. One day I became paralyzed and had trouble walking (shuffling my feet). My back surgery was planned when my husband became ill and was postponed two days before his death. Then I was fired by the insurance company in the event of a claim. I had a nice leather collar with a handle but it broke at the clip after someone put it on the wrong way round. I loved this style and it looked sturdy. I haven't used it in a long time because it was so hard and chewy. I want him to be comfortable. Washed several times, still hard. Then the leather collar finally broke and I started using it. I like it. I don't like my color (I chose it) so I'd like to try a different one. I recommend the best method to secure the wrist strap as my dog has been trapped by the hinge in cabinet doors at least 3 times. Totally caught. Instead of a stupid velcro it should have a fastener that can flatten the loop. Velcro pinch is not enough. I suspect a dog in the woods, bush or by the pool could die from your wrist strap. I would cut it off if I didn't need it so badly. The clasp is the easiest I've seen in 40 years of dog ownership. Great closure quality! Strong! Excellent work! And I would like to offer some velcro reflectors as accessories to the outer velcro.
