Got this in the mail today for my 12 month old to wear for Halloween. It's darling! The headgear is a bit crumbly, but that doesn't bother me. We ordered size 12-18 months and he currently mostly wears 12 months but is ready to switch to 18 months (he is tall for his age). Suit size 12-18 months fits him perfectly. It's a bit baggy but not too long for him which I was hoping for. Elastic bands around the ankles make it easy to adjust the size if your child is on the limit of size. I think this suit looks cute with a little more freedom all over the body and makes it easy to wear clothes underneath. This suit feels very warm so if you live in a warm area I wouldn't recommend wearing anything underneath. Ideal for styling in cold climates. The headdress is small. However, my son is in the 99th percentile for head size, so most hats are too small for him for his age. This headwear is a bit tight for him but I expected it and I think it will fit most kids that fit the body part. He makes velcro under the chin. The ankle boots are long enough to fit other shoes underneath, but the elastic at the top is tighter than would be practical for most shoes. I plan on wearing only socks underneath.
