I bought this scale on the recommendation of Roger Raglan. He used it to lose 80 pounds in 5 months. I follow the diet he used and this scale is great. It can be used for very heavy people as many scales cannot. It also gives you a lot of information about health and important water values as this diet will make you dehydrated if you don't drink enough water. I hate water so it's good to have this feature in case I fall behind. It looks very modern, almost atomic, which is why I didn't buy it, but it's cute. Being thin, it's not hard for me to get up with a sore knee, which is also an advantage.
