Love everything and everyone involved of course especially since we're dealing COVID-19
The best thing is I can do my billing with ease without having to go through the insurance process each month! It has been great for me. Not too much to dislike about it so far. This program helps out tons during this pandemic time when healthcare needs are at an all time high! I like how easy it is to use for my office as well! It makes our jobs easier with all their features available right at hand when needed or wanted!! The customer service has been great too. There are not many things about this program but if there was one thing i would change maybe make some other options in different languages so people can choose what they want instead just English only? We have had no problems using data matrix yet. !
Pros
- What really stands above everything else from that app,is its simplicity & user friendliness.This software takes away any stress you might feel while working due to complicated work flow/processes involved which will definitely be helpful especially now we're living under COVID19 quarantine period ,and need something simple enough where even kids could easily operate.(i know because both myself being kidless n mom alike).The application comes handy
