Great massage gun with 30 speeds, 6 attachments and a carrying case. 6 jets are designed for different muscle groups, but I like the round head best. If you're looking for a deep tissue massage, there are a variety of pointed tips that can help. The battery is powerful and lasts a long time before you need to recharge it, I would say a week with regular use. There is a battery indicator on the LCD display so you always know when it's time to charge the battery. The top speed of 30 is overkill for me, but this comment is just to say that the machine is powerful. I find it a little clunky and a little heavy. I suffer from neck and shoulder pain and I find it difficult to reach between my shoulder blades and back. On the days when my shoulder hurts the most, I can't reach my back at all. I've seen similar shotguns with the same or similar specs sold for $150 so I have to say it's excellent value for money. If you have teens that are exercising, working out, or struggling with body aches, these are really worth having on hand.
