I bought this router and am using it in Puerto Rico with Liberty ISP and everything is fine except touching the router. It's like a burning sensation and really bothers me. I've had dozens of routers, I've had IT experience, and I've never seen anything like this. I have searched the internet and several people are complaining but nothing is done. Also contacted customer service and Revain just said to contact the ISP so they can update it remotely to fix it. I have contacted my ISP and am still waiting for a response. I can just throw this thing away to prevent a house fire and get another router/modem combo.
